Novalift is based in the USA and UK. We operate fulfilment centres in both the UK and United States to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

  • United Kingdom (Express via DPD): 1-3 Business days
  • United Kingdom (Standard Royal Mail): 2-4 Business days
  • USA (Express via DHL): 1-4 Business days
  • USA (Standard via USPS): 5-7 Business days
  • International (Express via DHL): 7-10 Business days
  • International (Standard via DHL): 10-30 Business days

 

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • UK Orders: Orders placed before 1pm (BST/GMT) will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
  • US Orders: Orders are fulfilled within the United States and are dispatched within 1 working day.
  • International Orders: All other orders are dispatched within 1 working day.

All orders are processed according to UK business hours.
