By using this returns portal, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Returns Policy. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact (where applicable). Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund. Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected.
