ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

  • UK Orders: Orders placed before 1pm (BST/GMT) will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
  • US Orders: Orders are fulfilled within the United States and are dispatched within 1 working day.

EASY RETURNS

RETURNS WINDOW

  • UK Customers: Return within 14 days for a refund or exchange, or within 30 days for store credit.
  • International Customers: Return within 30 days for a refund or exchange, or within 45 days for store credit.

Timeframes start from the date your order is delivered.

Store credit expires after 5 years.

RETURN FEES

  • UK & US: Returns for store credit or exchanges are free.
    We offer Prepaid return labels provided - the shipping cost of £2.79 - deducted from final refund.
  • International:
    Return costs vary by country. We offer subsidised return fees or self-post options. Fees will be deducted from your refund or charged for exchanges. View all return fees here.

RETURN CONDITION

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume, and with all original tags and/or ribbons attached.

Hygiene stickers must remain intact.
