UK & US Customers:

All items can be returns within 14 days. 14 days for a refund or exchange, from the date your order is delivered, extended to 30 days for store credit.

International Customers:

Orders placed can be returned back to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange, extended to 45 days for store credit. This is from the date your order is placed.

Free Exchanges & Returns for UK & US customers.

Items must be returned back to us in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume and must have all original tags and/or ribbons attached.

Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of delivery to us.
